We collect account details you submit (email, password hash, optional profile fields), wallet transaction records, order metadata (service, country pool, timestamps), support tickets, and technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and API request identifiers needed to operate the service and prevent abuse.
Data is used to create and secure your account, provision handset OTP routes, process wallet deposits and refunds, deliver SMS payloads to your console or API, provide support, detect fraud, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
We share data with payment processors, SMS routing partners, and infrastructure providers only as needed to complete an order or settle a payment.
