This policy applies to every NonVoipOtp account, API key, wallet, one-time number, and long-term rental. If you use the site, you agree to these limits as well as the terms of service. The terms control if the two pages ever differ.
You must be allowed to enter a contract in your jurisdiction. Do not create an account for someone else unless you are authorized to bind them. Do not share a login across people who should have their own audit trail.
You may receive SMS verification codes for accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage. You may test signup and login flows in a staging environment when the destination service allows that testing. You may automate your own orders through the documented API.
You may fund the wallet, place an order, read the message in your console, and request support about that order. Eligible orders that end with no SMS are credited under the refund policy. That credit is the remedy for a missed message. It is not a promise that an app will accept the number.
Do not use NonVoipOtp to commit fraud, to take over an account you do not control, or to misrepresent your identity to a bank, a government service, or any other party. Do not use the service to evade a suspension, a ban, or a law-enforcement action.
Do not send spam, run credential attacks, scrape private data, or resell inbox access as a public SMS board. Do not probe, disrupt, or attempt to break the site, the payment providers, or the upstream number routes. Do not upload malware or abuse the API with unbounded retries.
Do not present NonVoipOtp as a way around an app's rules. If a product refuses a number range, stop or choose a route that product accepts. Retrying a blocked range until something slips through is abuse of both their service and ours.
Wallet deposits start at $3. Add only funds you are authorized to spend. Chargebacks and payment fraud close the account. We do not credit an invoice that the payment provider has not confirmed.
Keep API keys and passwords private. You are responsible for orders placed with your key. If a key leaks, revoke it in the dashboard and contact support.
We may suspend an account that triggers these limits, that creates payment risk, or that we are required to restrict by law. Suspension can include holding the wallet while a payment is reviewed. The terms describe the rest of that process.
Questions about an order belong in the help center after you sign in, or on the contact page. Include the order id. Support can inspect delivery and wallet credits. Support cannot force a third-party app to accept a number.
If you believe someone is using the platform for fraud, write to [email protected] with the details you have. Do not include passwords or full payment card numbers.
No. Receive codes only for accounts you own or are explicitly authorized to manage.
Choose another offered route or stop. Do not treat the service as a way around that app's rules. If no SMS arrives, the refund policy covers eligible credits.
The terms of service are the contract. This page is the plain-language summary.
